CAN-TAP review stands are physical products produced and shipped from Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada. Orders are processed through Shopify.
The Verified Kit ($149.99/year) includes the physical stand, verified badge, directory page, and window decal. Annual renewal maintains your active listing and badge.
The Reputation Engine ($29/month) is a subscription service billed monthly. You can cancel at any time by contacting us.
If your CAN-TAP stand arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days for a replacement. Custom-branded stands are non-refundable after production. Subscription services can be cancelled but are non-refundable for the current billing period.
CAN-TAP works with major review platforms including Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, and others. CAN-TAP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party review platform. Platform availability and functionality are subject to each platform's own terms.
