Every CAN-TAP order ships from our workshop in Port Colborne, Ontario. Nothing crosses the border, so there are no duties or customs invoices.

A weighted acrylic countertop sign with an embedded NTAG215 NFC chip pre-programmed to your Google review short link. The back of the stand has a printed QR code as a fallback.

No. The customer just taps their phone against the stand and the Google review screen opens automatically — no app installs, no account creation, no setup on their side.

Google policy and Canadian rules.
Yes. Every customer gets the same neutral invitation regardless of their expected rating. We never gate, filter, or steer reviews based on sentiment. Quarterly internal compliance reviews check us against Google policy and Competition Bureau Canada guidelines.
Returns
If something goes wrong.
Email us within 30 days of delivery. If the stand isn't a fit, we accept returns for a full refund minus return shipping.
