How setup actually works.
The whole thing is engineered to skip the IT step. Here's the real flow from order to first review:

g.page/r/…; the form tells you exactly where to find yours in Google Business Profile). - We program your stand by hand in Port Colborne the , against your exact Google Place ID. shipping if your order is in before 2pm EST.
- Stand arrives in 2 to 5 business days anywhere in Canada.
- You unbox, place it on the counter, point at it. First customer taps. Their phone opens your Google review page in their default browser. They leave a star rating. That's the install.
There's no app install, no QR app, no Bluetooth pairing, no account creation, no employee training video. Every modern iPhone (XS or newer) and every Android made since 2018 reads NFC natively. The customer doesn't even know it's NFC. They just tap.

Why this is specifically a Canadian product.
There's no shortage of US-built review tools. Birdeye, Podium, Trustpilot, NiceJob — all American, all USD-billed, all storing your data in US-based servers, all built around monthly SaaS subscriptions that bleed margin from a single-location small business. CAN-TAP is built on the opposite assumptions:
Review gating is a Competition Bureau violation in Canada. The penalty is real. We don't do it. We've also never asked a customer to write a fake or incentivized review — we sell hardware, not opinions.
What CAN-TAP is not.
