No — and we never will be. The stand invites every customer to share their experience on Google. What they write, and whether they write anything at all, is entirely their choice.
What does "pre-programmed" mean?
We program your stand in our Port Colborne shop with your exact Google review link before it ships. It works the day it arrives. If your link ever changes, we reprogram it free.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not for the hardware. The stands are a one-time purchase. Optional software (response drafts, monitoring) is a separate subscription you can add later.
